Dukan's diet
The diet is good because you can eat an unlimited number of allowed foods. This will help to get rid of hunger, which is very important for many people. Thanks to the large range of products offered for consumption, it is easy to create a varied and tasty menu.
You can choose a detailed menu for different segments of the population, but the only drawback is the high cost of the products offered. There may be a deficiency of some vitamins, but it can be easily eliminated by taking various vitamin complexes. The result is literally in the early days. Stages
The weight loss process in this diet includes four stages:

This is the first step in the Dukan diet. The duration varies from three to ten days. The number of days is determined by the weight you plan to lose. So, for example, to remove about 30 kg in the attack stage, the duration should be ten days. During the attack, a huge dose of protein enters the body, which speeds up the metabolism and the fat is lost very quickly.
You can eat: lean beef, skinless chicken, fish, liver, boiled eggs, rabbit, mussels, scorpions, squid, crabs and zero lean dairy products.
Not allowed to use:

- sauces, ketchup and mustard.

"Exchange"
At this stage, protein products are replaced by protein and plant products. The number of replacement days, as well as the attack phase, depends on the weight being shed. In this case, the sequence should not exceed five days of protein and the same amount of protein and vegetables.
